Why are new subscriptions closed? +
Due to funding constraints, we are unable to sustain the service. We have closed new Premium subscriptions and new registrations. The service will shut down in 1–2 months.
I'm an existing Premium user — what happens to my subscription? +
Your Premium access remains active until your current billing period ends. No new charges will be made. Please export all your data from Settings → Export & Delete before the service closes.
How do I export my data? +
Sign in to your account, go to Settings → Export & Delete, and download your data as CSV or PDF. Please do this before the service closes — once the service shuts down, your data cannot be recovered.
Is my data safe? Will it be deleted automatically? +
Your data is encrypted and stored securely on your account only. When the service closes, all data will be permanently deleted. Once deleted, it is gone forever with no possibility of recovery. Please export before the shutdown date.
Can I get a refund for my Premium subscription? +
If you are an existing Premium subscriber and would like a refund, please email us at support@rozhisab.com and we will review your request.
When exactly will the service shut down? +
We expect to shut down within 1–2 months. We will send an email notification to all registered users before the final shutdown date. Please export your data as soon as possible to be safe.
